Define and align the organization's sales strategies through active participation in corporate planning sessions with the leadership team and Marketing for strategy development, forecasting, resource planning, and budgeting.
Have knowledge on and/or research the competition in order to present our services so that they stand out from all competitors.
Identify strategic accounts based on our prioritized target markets.
Source decision-makers at the business, product, and engineering levels of an account.
Follow up on leads generated by the Business team.
Pitch our solutions during face-to-face and online meetings with prospects in domestic and international markets.
Identify customer business objectives and pain points that can be addressed by our solutions.
Work closely with established accounts to strengthen relationships, identify sales opportunities and build upon current commitments.
Develop and negotiate business agreement terms.
Write proposals and conduct presentations.
Work in conjunction with Legal to generate contracts.
Close multiple deals within the target time frames.
Assist members of the Solutions team as necessary to achieve department, company performance, and sales goals.
Track funnel performance, channel performance, and work toward growing market share.
Maintain a dashboard of KPIs visible to the business and demonstrate how initiatives are impacting revenue generation for the company.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
10+ years of sales successfully managing enterprises as customers for technology-based solution.
Demonstrated successful track record of technology sales to organizations.
Proven record in negotiating, structuring and closing deals with a high level of integrity.
Proven accountability for revenue growth, new market penetration and associated KPIs.
Experience in B2C and B2B markets.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
A strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on environment.
Strong, data-driven problem resolution skills, including the ability to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
