Jorge is a Business Management and Service Engineering student at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.

He is a very resilient and restless man who is always participating in any kind of project. He loves creating and helping people whenever he's able to. Jorge is a graduate of BostonExO's 2020 summer internship.

Alisia is a high school student from a class specializing in math and science.

She’s open-minded and takes on every opportunity to become more experienced and knowledgable. She’s creative and good at solving problems or viewing things from different perspectives. Alisia is a participant of BostonExO's 2020 summer internship.

"The internship had been a compelling and beneficial experience for me, thus I was happy to continue working with the company. One of the options was to become an Ambassador for BostonExO, which I viewed as a new and fascinating challenge. I have the opportunity to interact with people from around the world with whom we have shared interests and goals. I’ve been provided flexibility and autonomy which allows me to get creative. I'm gaining additional expertise in marketing and public relations amongst others, while spreading valuable knowledge about Exponential Organizations and the future of business.”

Niti is a UX DESIGN student from Mit pune group of institutes, she loves sketching and writing poems. She is a very enthusiastic person filled with sparkling energy and positivity. She loves learning new skills and never misses any opportunity to learn and gain experience. she also likes talking, meeting new people and getting to know about their work and learn things. She is a participant of BostonExO's 2020 summer internship.

"The internship was a great great journey of 10 weeks. I totally loved working with people from all around the globe. I made new friends and enjoyed a lot during the calls. I learned new things and look forward to use this knowledge about exponential organisations in the future.
